Week one is down. One day had me running the 20 minutes in the rain, which was actually the most pleasant since I stayed cool the entire time. I slacked early in the week so I didn’t get my rest day in — unless you count walking two miles resting. I got my time in, but the long day was an awakening — 45 mins of cycling following by 15 minutes of swimming. This isn’t going to be easy. It’s going to take a lot and focus, but I’m committed.
Onto week 2.
