You have just 10 minutes, and you are hungry. Here’s a quick recipe I was taught and have changed over time.
What you need
Green beans (frozen work fine)
Garlic (fresh is the best)
Feta Cheese (optional)
Put some olive oil in the pan. Add the minced garlic — use to your garlic discretion. Add green beans. Advanced chefs can add mushrooms and chicken at this time as well. Sprinkle with feta. Mmmm.
